Massage therapy

My career path.

I’ve been a massage therapist since 2012, at the EMTC in the Algarve. I started out in the job market at the same time as another job, but my passion was to help people feel good, so I continued to take training courses, Reiki, Karuna, EFT (Emotional Release Techniques), anti-cancer nutrition, Neuromuscular Bands, I even studied Naturopathy for a year, which I ended up giving up because it didn’t make sense to me at the time.

In 2016 I decided to move to Alentejo and since then I’ve only worked in the field of massage therapy and holistic therapies. That’s when I opened my first physical space and I’m still there today, fulfilling my mission.

I believe that training is essential in order to continue developing my work, always improving, perfecting and acquiring new techniques, so there have been several courses that I have continued to do: geothermal, bamboo therapy, body treatments, wind therapy, Indian head massage, Thai yoga massage, Thai on a stretcher, Lomi lomi fusion, deep tissue, these last courses were carried out with a professional of whom I have immense admiration, Sebastien Valla, who is truly an inspiration in what I do today.

As I created my own method of working, in addition to the range of services that I present to you, I felt the need to create massages by bringing together the various techniques in an intuitive way, and from there INTUITIVE MASSAGE was born, as well as ENERGY MASSAGE.

I believe that my thirst to learn more has also led me on a long and beautiful path of self-knowledge. At the same time as training in the field of massage, I was trained in therapeutic and karmic Tarot, and I also did the Gaya circle training with Inês Gaya, which I believe has brought a lot of value not only to the work I started with groups, but also in each individual service.
